  • DIGITAL ADMINISTRATOR

    PURPOSE STATEMENT
    The Digital Administrator handles key administrative functions, generally digital/electronic in nature, to enhance organizational efficiency. By managing administrative tasks, the Digital Administrator ensures that resources and information are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilized. This enables Christ Family Church to better facilitate opportunities for people to follow God, grow together in community, and serve others with clarity and effectiveness.
    ESSENTIAL ROLE: 
    Digital Administrator


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    •    Updating CFC staff in meetings (e.g., new connections from Connect Cards, registration numbers, background check status, tech concerns)
    •    Creating and updating Quarterly Meeting Agendas (printing by Tiffany starting 12/2025)
    •    Updating the Events section of the church website
    •    Managing Church Center / Planning Center Online (registrations, groups, permissions, forms, lists, templates)
    •    Maintaining People Dashboard (merging duplicates, updating after Starting Point classes)
    •    Ordering and managing background checks
    •    Updating service templates and importing correct ones (e.g., communion or regular Sundays)
    •    Maintaining Live Announcements and Sunday Service schedule
    •    Making updates to graphics (e.g., date changes)
    •    Create graphics for upcoming events
    •    Monitoring church email accounts and updating Outlook calendar
    •    Preparing first-time visitor letters
    •    Creating materials for special events (child dedication, baptism, graduation, Connect Fair, Starting Point)
    •    Editing and printing letters, programs, manuals
    •    Creating slideshows for events (graduation, child dedication)
    •    Sending weekly Zoom Prayer & Praise email
    •    Updating notes from Connect Card submissions
    •    Coordinating Pastor Appreciation emails
    •    Creating Microsoft accounts for new staff members
    •    Ensuring technology is updated and functioning (iPads, desktops)
    •    Collaborating with Office Administrative Assistant / Social Media Coordinator

    PAY & HOURS
    This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week. Compensation is $200 per week. Hours may vary slightly based on church events or seasonal needs, but every effort will be made to maintain a healthy and sustainable rhythm.

  • PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

    PURPOSE STATEMENT
    The Production Coordinator supports the worship and ministry environments of Christ Family Church by maintaining and coordinating the use of all production technologies, including audio, video, lighting, and visual presentation tools. This role exists to ensure that our gatherings are technically excellent, distraction-free, and spiritually engaging—creating a space where people can follow God in worship, grow together through shared experiences, and serve others with their gifts.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    •    Maintaining sound, lighting, video, and presentation systems for all ministry environments
    •    Running or overseeing live production (sound, slides, video, and lighting) for Sunday services and events as needed
    •    Creating and preparing slides and visual presentations for worship services, announcements, and special events
    •    Creating and editing music tracks for the worship team
    •    Coordinating the installation and integration of new production equipment
    •    Training and equipping serve team members in audio, video, lighting, and presentation roles
    •    Developing training materials and documentation for serve team roles
    •    Creating Sunday-specific production run sheets and coordinating with service leaders
    •    Participating in weekly staff meetings and contributing to collaborative ministry planning
    •    Maintaining inventory and recommending upgrades for production-related equipment and supplies
    •    Coordinating with the Worship Minister and other staff members to ensure smooth execution of services and events
    •    Supporting other church events requiring AV or tech setup (e.g., baptisms, weddings, outreach events)
    •    Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally


    PAY & HOURS
    This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week. Compensation is $200. Hours may vary slightly based on church events or seasonal needs, but every effort will be made to maintain a healthy and sustainable rhythm.

  • CFC KIDS DIRECTOR

    PURPOSE STATEMENT
    The CFC Kids Director leads and supports all ministry efforts for children from six weeks through fifth grade at Christ Family Church. By creating a safe, welcoming, and spiritually vibrant environment, the Director equips both kids and Serve Team members to follow God, grow together in faith, and serve others with joy. Through intentional leadership, thoughtful preparation, and partnership with families, this role helps the next generation experience the life-changing love of Jesus in age-appropriate and engaging ways.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    •    Overseeing all CFC Kids ministry environments (Nursery, Preschool, Elementary) during Sunday services and special events
    •    Recruiting, training, scheduling, and equipping Serve Team members across all CFC Kids roles
    •    Preparing and distributing lesson plans, supplies, classroom schedules, and materials each week
    •    Maintaining and updating all CFC Kids policies, procedures, and safety protocols (including diapering, restroom, illness, and allergy guidelines)
    •    Implementing Planning Center Online (PCO) for scheduling, availability, and communication with Serve Team members
    •    Leading Pre-Service Huddles and weekly prayer and planning for the CFC Kids team
    •    Ensuring all rooms are clean, safe, and properly reset after each service
    •    Maintaining the CFC Kids Manual and coordinating Serve Team trainings and refreshers
    •    Providing spiritual care and encouragement to team members and families
    •    Creating a structured, engaging classroom experience that includes worship, Bible teaching, activities, and small groups
    •    Collaborating with church staff to support family events such as Child Dedication, Baptism, and Graduation Sunday
    •    Coordinating the paging system and parent communication for safety or behavior concerns
    •    Ensuring secure check-in/check-out procedures are followed in partnership with the Security and Check-Out Teams
    •    Managing classroom supply inventory, equipment needs, and storage organization
    •    Creating a culture of encouragement, excellence, and Christlike service among the team
    •    Attending weekly staff meetings and participating in cross-ministry planning and communication
