INSTALLATION CELEBRATION

FEBRUARY 7, 2025

On February 7, many friends and church family joined us for this special occasion with us as we recognized Pastor Kennis Russell the Lead Pastor of Christ Family Church.


Pastor Kennis and Samantha have been a major part of Christ Family Church since its very beginning. Over the past several months, Kennis has assumed the duties of Lead Pastor. Now that position has been officially formalized.  


Pastor Paul and Delia Russell continue to serve as Founding Pastors, remaining on the preaching team and maintain involvement in various areas of ministry. 


Dr. Russell shares in the oversight of several churches and serves on various ministry boards. He is giving attention to helping these ministries and pastors, and of course, the ongoing advancement of Christ Family Church.


Pray for Kennis and Samantha as they step into this new season of life and shoulder the various responsibilities associated with this call.


Who We Are

We are a multi-generational, multi-cultural, non-denominational church located in Cypress, Texas (Northwest Houston). Christ Family Church is a place where we Follow God, Grow Together and Serve Others. We emphasize having a personal encounter with Christ, making friendships that help us grow in God, discovering our individual gifts and purpose in life, and reaching out to others with the love of Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit.


Prayer

We believe in the power of prayer at Christ Family Church.  It is an essential part of a healthy Christian life.
